Terms and responsibilities for official PlugZ verifiers.

Role of the Verifier

Official inspection agent for the marketplace

Your Responsibilities:

Authenticate sneakers, apparel, accessories, and collectibles

Tag verified items using PlugZ NFC or serial tracking

Upload required verification media (photos/videos)

Ensure item matches listing (size, model, SKU, condition)

Integrity Layer

You serve as a trusted layer of integrity for all parties: PlugZ, buyers, and sellers.

**Mission:** Maintain trust and authenticity in the PlugZ ecosystem.

Eligibility & Requirements

To become a PlugZ Verifier:

Be at least 18 years old (or registered as a legal business)

Complete PlugZ onboarding and training

Pass periodic audit tests or knowledge reviews

Have access to secure shipping/receiving for physical items

Sign and accept this Agreement electronically

Verification Responsibilities

By accepting a verification request:

Mandatory Process:

Physically inspect the item using approved tools

Follow PlugZ's authentication checklist (condition, box, labels, stitching, materials, smell, etc.)

Apply PlugZ NFC tag or verification ID

Upload high-resolution proof (photos, video, notes)

Record your verdict with honesty, accuracy, and neutrality

Critical Deadline

You must complete each verification **within 24-48h** of item arrival.

**Important:** Delays may affect your rating and future eligibility.

Liability & Consequences

You understand and accept that:

**You are legally responsible** for your verification verdict.

If you approve a **fake, altered, or swapped item**, you may be:

• Suspended or permanently removed from the Verifier Network

• Subject to **civil penalties or indemnification**

• Reported to legal authorities in case of fraud

PlugZ Rights

PlugZ reserves the right to **reverse payouts, reclaim tags, or suspend any account** connected to a bad authentication.

Payment Conditions

• Payments released after buyer receipt, unless under dispute

• PlugZ may adjust your verifier tier and earnings based on performance

• No compensation is issued for items that fail verification or are deemed fraudulent

Guardian of PlugZ Authenticity

By serving as a Verifier on PlugZ, you agree to all terms above and accept the responsibility to uphold the standards of the PlugZ authentication ecosystem.
